We care that the family feel good about how they did the funeral; perhaps make good new memories .......... but at least know they arranged a proper farewell for that one person that you knew and loved. Our job is to guide and advise and walk with you - and make sure it goes exactly as you wanted it - or better; and we are good at it! We care; we have the experience; and we have interesting and appropriate ideas. We have found that most people want a funeral that reflects the individual life of the person they loved; we listen, explore, encourage and help. You probably know you no longer need to follow the old Victorian rules, but in traditional funeral directors you are often given a range of services off the peg. We start from the beginning - "What was she/he like?" So we can then guide you through ideas and personalised choices so you all feel you have hit the spot with your decisions - even to say \"that was a good funeral\" and ....... \"she would have loved it!\"
